How ISO:OK supports UNI/PdR 192
UNI/PdR 192:2026 measures the balance between family life and work with 28 indicators in 7 areas. ISO:OK works out the organisation’s band, the thresholds to reach and a simulated score, which the certification body then confirms.
Leave and flexibility requests only enter as aggregated figures or by code: no names, no health data. The 17 procedures are already written, ready to adapt, and the dashboard lists what to do.

Frequently asked questions
Does ISO:OK certify UNI/PdR 192?
No. Certification is issued by a certification body. ISO:OK prepares the records and works out a simulated score, to help you see where you stand.
How are the thresholds set?
By the number of staff: four bands, from micro to large enterprises. For bands 1 and 2 you need at least 50% of the points and one quantitative KPI met; for bands 3 and 4, 60% and two.
Is leave data safe?
Only aggregated figures by year and type of leave enter ISO:OK, and codes for incidents and flexibility requests: no names and no health data.
Can consultants manage several client companies?
Yes. Consultants can work with several organisations while keeping users, roles, activities and documents separated.
